"Kimberly Knight, is amazing at what she does. She is very personable, Friendly, and cares about every detail that is presented to her. Her Warm Happy personality makes you feel like she is part of the Family. She will go above and beyond to find you exactly what you are looking for. Kimberly helped me find a residence in Pleasantville for my current Job, as I was relocated down to Westchester County, and I had no idea where to find a place that would be center for my commutes. As soon I I told her what I needed, she began working very hard to find me a place. She spent the whole day showing me many different places, and I found one the same day I stopped in to her office. She stayed on top of everything until the lease was signed and keys were in hand. She is very devoted to what she does, and I have never met anyone who loves what she does with so much passion. She cares about people and will definitely find you what you are looking for . So if you are looking for an honest hard working Real state agent Kimberly Knight is your girl."

"Kimberly Knight was a pleasure to work with. She was honest and trustworthy and extremely professional. She understood my budget and was tireless in searching for the right property. She never tried to up sell nor to push a sale. She often pointed out problems. She has a great knowledge of Westchester County. I was so impressed with the experience I had purchasing a home in Katonah, I partnered with her to sell our condo in the city. Again, she is exceptionally honest and definitely has your, not her, best interests in mind. I have referred her to family and friends. I would definitely work with her again."

"I never thought I would have a positive experience with a realtor. I worked with several realtors in my home search. The first one showed us ONE house and then I never heard from her again. The second one told us he would show us a bunch of houses and never came. An earlier realtor I worked with would only show houses that I found online. Kim is NOT your average realtor. She will send you listings every day. If you see a house you like, she will get you an appointment immediately. There were times she was able to get us a same day appointment 5 minutes after we texted her. She is lightning fast, extremely friendly and professional, and will find you the perfect home. Kim even got us into homes before the listing agents put the lockbox on the door. All those listings that require 24 hour notice...not a problem for Kim. She got us into every single one of them the same day. There is nothing Kim can't do, she is amazing! Kim also has an amazing network of people. We had a hard time getting pre-approval due to our documents being with our accountants (we applied during tax time). Would that stop Kim? NO! She connected us with a great mortgage broker who was willing to work with us. The sellers accepted our offer contingent on getting the property inspected the next day. Kim also connected us with an inspector who was able to work within our schedule. We didn't have a lawyer, and Kim recommended one to us as well. Kim is a one stop shop for everything.I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home. If it were possible to give more than a 5 star review, I absolutely would. Thank you, Kim, for everything! Thanks to you, we are in our forever home!"
